ADEIT tiene como misión promover las relaciones entre la Universitat de València y el entorno empresarial y profesional.
ADEIT fomenta el desarrollo de actividades conjuntas en todos aquellos campos que favorezcan el intercambio de conocimientos y que, como consecuencia de ello impulsen el desarrollo y progreso económico.
En el contexto de este marco funcional, ADEIT está legitimada para tratar datos personales con pleno respeto al derecho fundamental a la protección de datos y a la normativa que la desarrolla.
ADEIT trata la información facilitada por el usuario bajo su consentimiento y/o consecuencia de la ejecución de un contrato o cumplimiento de una obligación legal con el fin de atender las solicitudes diversas llevadas a cabo por parte de éste. La finalidad perseguirá la gestión de: 1) Envío de información sobre la oferta formativa de ADEIT 2) Matrículas 3) Prácticas externas 4) Información relacionada con otras actividades que lleva a cabo la institución (conferencias, congresos, alquiler de aulas, Cátedra de Cultura Empresarial, innovación, empleabilidad) 5) Comunicaciones electrónicas de acuerdo con sus intereses. En cada uno de los envíos podrá darse de baja de dichas comunicaciones. El criterio de conservación de los datos tendrá base en la manifestación contraria al tratamiento por su parte. En todo caso, podrá ejercitar los derechos de acceso, rectificación, oposición, supresión o ?derecho al olvido?, limitación del tratamiento, portabilidad, derecho a no ser objeto de decisiones individualizadas y de información, así como plantear cualquier consulta respecto del tratamiento de sus datos personales a través del correo datos@adeituv.es. Con carácter general, en ADEIT todos los datos personales, no se mantienen más tiempo del necesario para el fin del tratamiento de los mismos.
Toda persona podrá ejercer sobre los ficheros titularidad de ADEIT los siguientes derechos conforme al RGPD:
- Derecho de acceso a sus datos personales para saber cuáles están siendo objeto de tratamiento y las operaciones de tratamiento llevadas a cabo con ellos. 
- Derecho de rectificación de cualquier dato de carácter personal inexacto 
- Derecho de supresión y de olvido de sus datos personales, cuando esto sea posible. 
- Derecho a solicitar la limitación del tratamiento de sus datos personales cuando la exactitud, la legalidad o la necesidad del tratamiento de los datos resulte dudosa, en cuyo caso podremos conservarlos para el ejercicio o la defensa de reclamaciones. 
- Derecho a la portabilidad de sus datos personales, cuando la base legal que nos habilite para su tratamiento sea una relación contractual o el consentimiento. 
- Derecho de oposición al tratamiento de sus datos personales, cuando la base legal que nos habilite para su tratamiento sea la existencia de un interés legítimo. A estos efectos, dejaremos de tratar sus datos salvo que tengamos un interés legítimo imperioso o para la formulación, el ejercicio o la defensa de reclamaciones. 
- Derecho a revocar su consentimiento en cualquier momento.
Asimismo, con carácter general, ADEIT no tomará, sin un consentimiento previo e informado, ninguna decisión basada únicamente en el tratamiento automatizado de datos personales, ni elaborará perfiles sin conocimiento y consentimiento de cada persona afectada.
El usuario podrá plantear las cuestiones que considere en relación a la presente Política así como ejercer sus derechos en los términos legalmente previstos debiendo para ello dirigir una comunicación mediante correo postal a: ADEIT, Plaza de la Virgen de la Paz nº 3, 46001 Valencia o correo electrónico a: datos@adeituv.es con indicación de la solicitud correspondiente y acompañado de copia del DNI o documento acreditativo de la identidad.
No obstante, si una persona o grupo de personas considera que se ha cometido una infracción de la legislación en materia de protección de datos respecto al tratamiento o cesión de sus datos personales puede, antes de presentar cualquier tipo de reclamación, solicitar nuestro servicio de resolución amistosa de controversias en materia de protección de datos y nuevas tecnologías a través de lopd@uv.es.
La Política de Privacidad de ADEIT se irá modificando para adaptarla a novedades que vayan surgiendo. La última fecha de actualización queda registrada al comienzo de la misma.
